Western Mechanical Services (1977) Ltd.
Originally established in 1958
For over fifty years Western Mechanical has established and maintained a good reputation by striving for excellence based on integrity, competency, experience, and dependability.
COMMISSIONING: Western Mechanical’s Commissioning Division has played a major role in improving the performance of building systems since its inception. When the LEED PROGRAM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), an internationally recognized green building certification system was initiated in 1998, Western Mechanical played a significant role in providing third party performance testing and verification that building projects have achieved optimum performance in energy performance, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources.
TESTING and BALANCING: Western Mechanical has provided testing and balancing services for commercial, institutional, industrial and residential buildings since 1958. Accurate balancing of all mechanical systems results in achieving optimum comfort, good air quality and energy efficiency throughout an entire building.
OPERATION and MAINTENANCE MANUALS: Quality Operation and Maintenance Manuals are the key to ensuring that the design intent for the mechanical systems is realized in practical terms. The O & M manuals produced by Western Mechanical provides the Owners’ operating and maintenance staff with the essential knowledge to keep the mechanical systems operating as they were intended to.
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE: For decades, Western Mechanical has had a knowledgeable experienced Mechanical Maintenance division that provides preventive maintenance and service for building mechanical systems. The maintenance team gets to know the building systems over a period of years and plays an important role in assisting the building owners and managers to get the most from their equipment, to deal with emergency and troubleshooting situations and to advise whether and when equipment should be replaced.
